I have downloaded ECho 3.0 to my PC, but have not switched phones yet until I get some advice. Should I transfer my contacts to my Sim Card before I switch it into my Pre Plus? I want to basically put all my info from Centro to Pre Plus and continue to use DeskTop Plus. Anyone?

Echo is compatible with Palm Desktop 6.2.2 and if you are going to use it to your Palm Pre, it will create another profile in your phone. Your SIM contacts will stay in the SIM and will also create another Profile in your Phone. So when if you sign up your Phone to the palm profile, you will see 3 accounts: Palm Profile, Echo and SIM.

Your SIM from the Centro contains all your Contacts and it's safe in there when you insert it in the Pre however it may maybe more complicated with the mix of Echo as the PC and Pre must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network and Wi-Fi is required to use this product.
