I am using a Palm V connected to a Windows XP Pro system via a serial port. This is a fresh install due to a computer replacement. The sync procress completes successfully, however, when I launch the application, no data appears. I have used Palm pilots since the first model was introduced, therefore, why this one is eluding me I am unsure. The database time stamp is updated with each syncronization. The path to the database is as follows: C:\Documents and Settings\jam1\My Documents\Palm OS Desktop\"username".
During the software install I had entered the incorrect user name info, upon the first sync, the program told me they did not match. I went into users and removed the incorrect one.
Is it time to convert all of my old data, dating back to the mid 1990s to my smartphone, perhaps.
