I performed a hot sync between P/C and handheld Palm tungsten E2. All sync's were set for "synchrinize...". When I did, much recent information added to P/C (Palm S/W 6.2.2) was lost. The "new" info is still is available on handheld. I don't want to try to sync again for fear of losing the info on the handheld.
Also, I am unable to back up the data on the handheld to the ext card: the handheld recognizes the card, but I don't know how to back it up on the SD card. The card is a 1 gb Ultra II.
P/C is Windows with XP ver 3 and palm s/w ver 6.2.2.
