Hello,
After starting a new application (BelTime) I got the message "Fatal exception" and can neither restart nor reset the device. Wat can I do?

Hello m505userHB,
First, try performing a soft reset. For instructions on how to do that, grab a copy of the User Guide and head to page 229. Also, make sure you device is charged.
If that doesn't work, it's time to do a hard reset. That will erase all information on your device, but all the information you've synced to the computer will be restored on the next HotSync. Steps to performing a hard reset are on page 230 of the same User Guide
