Palm OS/WinMo Hardware

I have a Palm Z22 w/ Desktop by Access Version 6.2.2 on Windows Vista and I am unable to make changes or additions to the desktop data.  If I make a change, I cannot exit the program and I get the following message:

Access to C:\Users\Skip\Documents\Palm OS Desktop\XXXX\Address\Address.mdb was denied.

The only way I can exit is to go to File\Revert and it reverts to the previously saved Address Book file.

I tried reinstalling Desktop and this did not help. 

Do I have a corrupt file?  What can I do to correct this?

Do you have Vista 32 bit or Vista 64 bit?  

The last I knew Palm did not support 64 bit Vista.

Thank you for your reply.  I have Vista Home Premium which is 32 bit.
