I'm having a problem with my Treo 650 since 2 days. I'm removing the battery to reboot it but when placing back the battery, the status light is flashing amber (orange), the keyboard is lighting up but nothing happen. My wireless company can't figure out how to resolve it and I can't find anything about this problem on the net. Anybody have an idea???

Hello duff1 and welcome to the Palm forums.

 Have you tried a hard reset yet?  How old is the battery?  Is it the origianl battery?  It might be time to replace it. The Treo 650 is very old at this point.

 You might want to also consider performing a hard reset.  That will erease your device and reset things to the way things were out of the box.  You'll have to reload your data by HotSync'ing your Treo with your Mac or Windows PC. The data from the last HotSync will be restored to the phone.

I'm not able to do a hard reset. The phone don't respond. Immediately when I put the battery on, the amber light open and the keyboard is lighten. A couple of day before that status, the phone was freezing and the screen shuffling like a television not synchronized. I have the same battery since 5 years but the charging was good.
