For a while a few keys on my Centro were becoming less responsive. Recently I realized that the unresponsive keys were all lined up vertically - "U," "J," and "N." Now I can't get any response from them at all. Is there a good way to try and fix this?
The only way to see if this is a software issue is a soft/hard reset. If nether reset fixes the issue the next step would be a replacement of the device.
