My 680 (unlocked) has crashed before I could get the data off it. The red charge light comes on but the screen never illuminates and the battery does not charge.
I can read the SD card with a card reader but I don't think the phone book and text messages I want to retrieve are on there.
I have tried all the suggested resets.
Any ideas?
