Last nite i picked up my fone and found the screen frozen on hotsync. I have never used this program since I have had the fone for years. Dont know why it got stuck? I did a soft and warm reset. It wont even keep the fone "ON" long enough before it turns off and automatically goes back to the hotsync program. I dont want to do a hard reset because I don't want to lose the pixs I have. Please help.... the fone keeps goin in cycles"connecting with the desktop using cradle/cable"..... then it goes to the message "the connection between your handheld......." This is the first time it ever happened. Cant make calls or texts.... and not able to receive calls or texts cuz it goes to the hotsync program and freezes. thanks
