I don't know what has happened but my screen as gone blank except for the word"reset" at the bottom,know no matter what I do I can't get it to reset or start working..Any ideas

You can try a hard reset to resolve the issue. The hard reset will erase all data on the device. Make sure you sync to the PC to backup your data if possible.

The hard reset will put the device back to factory settings. If it still will not work after the hard reset, the device needs repaired.
