While doing a hard reset ( I have done a hard reset in the past) and after picking English for a language a screen said my battery was low. Before I could get the charger connected the screen said I was done? I can turn the handheld on with the green power button but not off? Also the handheld will not let do a hard reset. I never get to the screen where the handheld asks me if I want to erase all data? It is like the power button is not working as it should when you try a hard reset. Thank You!
