Hi!
Does anyone know how to fix VersaMail's startup freezes that last for a few minutes? It is on my client's old Palm Treo 680. We already tried deleting e-mails, but that did not help. Also, he has a few POP3s and SMTPs accounts/setups.

Try a soft reset first and see what happens.

If the soft reset does not resolve the issue, try deleting all email accts. Setup each acct. separately and open Versamail after setting up each acct. and see if you have the same issue.
The last thing to try if all else fails is a hard reset. The hard reset will erase all data on the device. Make sure you sync to the PC to backup your data.

Thanks cygnusX1. I might try these later, but the device is dying so it has other bigger issues to deal with.

You're welcome.
You can try ebay or the internet to find a replacement 680.
