When I close my Palm 6.2.2 desktop running on XP SP3, the Palm.exe process does not terminate. When I try to launch Palm desktop again, there is no response. I found that the Palm.exe process is still running (accoring to Task Manager). If I terminate the process in Task Manager, then try launching desktop, it operates normally. I have no other problems with sync'ing or other uses of Desktop. There was no problem launching desktop until about 8 weeks ago.
Anyone heard of this before? Any solutions?
