Trying to to download and keeps saying it cannot connect to internet check internet and make sure it is working properly which I have and internet is fine. What to I do to correctly get the desktop installed correctly.

No help from me accept to say "you are not alone" I am fighting the same problem! I am running Vista and have not seen this problem before!

Can't offer a solution right now, but I'm curious as to why you two are changing to 6.2.2?  It has less functionality than 4.2, and less features...

I was told I need the 6.2 for the T/X if this is not the case I would happily switch to another version I will check it out and see if will work. Thanks!

I think it's something with the download servers, although I am not sure. If you find the solution please post it here.

I got the same message. Jusgt kept clicking and eventually it downloaded.

BUT now I am worried I shouldn't have downloaded 6.2 from the site if functionality is not as good.

Should I reload the orginal CD from 2005 to transfer to my new Palm TungstenE2? The data is on my old Palm as I may have wiped out the data on the PC.

The best version is the one that came on the CD.  It has the Media conduits for the device.

I have a link to 4.2 in my "Manuals" link below.  This is the version that comes with the TX CD.
