HELP IM LOSING INT!!!!

I have a 700p by Verizon and the loop still going and going. I make all the resets but nothing happend HELP before I make my Palm in pieces!!! Please i need directions.

If the device is still looping after a hard reset, then it needs to be repaired or replaced.

 

After you did the hard reset did you hotsync?

I wanna say thank you to palm support ,mine get stuck when I try to copy a link from amazon and I press the off button and the center for 10 secounds and wouu it turn
