Help. I can't install the software.

I can't seam to install Palm software, either from the download or the original disk.

I know I installed it before, but the previous installation would not recognize when

I hot sync.

It starts to install, then gives a message:

Sorry the operation could not be continued due to a System Error:

(Access Denied).

I am running Mac OSX 10.4.11 on a G4 Cube.

Anyone?
