Good day.

Just moved from a laptop with XP to one with Windows 7,  Had Version 4.1.4 on old laptop but when downloaded to new one, can not get it to populate history in calendar,etc.  Can this be done?

Read through the stickied threads at the top of the Windows Hotsync board about syncing with Windows 7.

Just as info, I do not use the handheld anymore and it is a 64 bit processor.  Does that make a difference?

Did you Export the data from the old computer, then Import it into the new installation?

Since you don't use the device any more, you will have to manually move the data as described above.
