My palm treo 750 gives me an error message "Cannot execute\windows\myphone runtime.exe"

Is there a way I can get this old phone back to the way it was in the box when I first received it from AT&T?

Hello sozo777316, Welcome to the HPalm Support Community.

To return the phone to the "out of the box" condition, you'll need to erase it via a Hard Reset.  Instructions HERE.

Thanks WyreNut...that did the trick. The Plam Treo 750 is working great now.
