Help! I finally had the calendar syncing, but after 1.3.5 and 1.3.5.1 my calendar AND my contacts are not syncing. I've tried the manual time adjustment trick and reset MANY times, but nothing works. I get e-mail, but that's it.

I am having the same issue.  I have new Palm Pre I am trying to setup and have done everything as suggested, but still no luck either.  Some appointments sync, but it seems to be hit or miss.

I am having exactly the same issue as reported by jlefebvre. After Jan 1, no more exchange calendar appointments. After installing 1.3.5.1 I don't have Exchange calendar or Exchange contacts anymore. The latter is much more frustrating and I can't use my contacts to make calls or send text anymore! I've tried the manual time adjustment trick many times. I've tried deleting my exchange account everywhere and adding it back in. I've tried creating calendar appointments and contacts on the Pre to see if it shows up on Exchange. Nothing works. I only get email, and that's it.

It is really hard to use the Pre as a phone without contacts!! 

Our server is Exchange 2003 if that makes any difference.

I am having a similar issue. If I enter a caalendar event on my Pre it does not Sync with my Exchange Server. This worked fine prior to version 1.3.5.1 but stopped working after the update.

My contacts are syncing. If I enter a new contact on the Pre it is synced with my Exchange Server. Also, tasks are synced without a problem and I receive all my email.

The calendar just doesn't sync if I enter an event on the Pre. However, if I add an event to my outlook it is sent back to the Pre and does sync.

i did have that type of problem last year. the solution that worked for me was creating a temporary calendar, copying all current calendar entries to the temp calendar, deleting any that look suspicious (i.e., no name), perhaps adjusting those with no end dates so they have an end date, and then copying back to the standard calendar. this solution is documented elsewhere better, but you may want to explore.

bottom line: i've wasted a lot of time on this phone for a feature (sync) that shouldn't be rocket science. i'm about ready to go to android.

I am having the same issue. I installed 1.3.5.1 and that did not resolve it. I tried their manual workaround and that did not help either. I am receiving emails, but contacts and calendar events will not sync.

Yes, I had to go through that before as well (creating a temporary calendar), which was quite a pain. I believe that was an Exchange 2003 server issue. Still doesn't explain the contacts problem but I do wonder if our current issues are somehow tied to that server as well. jlefebvre - is your server 2003 by any chance?  

Our company is transitioning to Exchange 2010 so I'm hoping that will fix the issues. If not, I'm about ready to jump to droid as well. The phone is pretty useless right now without contacts or calendar appointments (not to mention being incredibly slow for trivial tasks).

I use an exchange service through Intermedia. Yes, I believe it is 2003. But I don't for a minute think this is an Exchange issue, it's a Palm issue.
