Exchange events not synching correct after 3/14/2010

I have several all day events in Exchange/Outlook. Starting on 3/14/2010, they appear a day earlier than on my Pre (1.3.5.1) than in Exchange. This does not happen for regular events (non-all day).

That date corresponds to the start of Daylight time in the US - 2am 2nd Sunday of March.
