Hello...I followed your directions regarding CDMA phone becasue I'm usining Verizon Wireless within the USA and I was only able to transfer one contact? What did I do wrong? Any other suggestions?

Hello...Did you ever get any feed back from anyone regarding your problem transfering contacts from your palm pre to outlook?  I encountered the same problem with my palm pre where as one contact transfered when I followed the directions step by step.

Who are you talking to and what steps did you perform to get your contacts?

 I get to #3 (see above) and my phone only wants do download photos and not my contacts, I want my contacts downloaded out of my Palm to a file in my computer. In the folder option I don't have the 'show hidden files and folders' option on the drop down. What am I doing wrong?

I have a Palm Pre  that the charging port broke away from the main board.

Is there any way to transfer my 400+ contacts from my Palm Profile via the web or Bluetooth or any other wireless connection?

Thank you for the great info provided below. My friend has used this to move his contacts with great success, but for some reason my phone is 'throwing' an error after I tap the green "Cellebrite". The error reads as follows:
