Palm Pre-How to back-up sync contacts with my PC

I need help syncing my Palm Pre to my PC!!!  I'm taking a trip and want to make sure I back up all my data.  I went on the Verizon Wireless site and they do not support the backup assistant for any Palm products.  Most importantly I want to back up my phone numbers.  I stopped using the Palm desktop 3 years ago, when it all switched to webOS.  Is there any software I can use?

I've moved your post to the Synergy board, where at the top of this section you'll find posts that concern your question.

 

BTW, if you have the "Backup" app turned on in the phone, your data should be backed up on a daily basis to HP's cloud servers...
