Since webOS devices do not natively sync with desktop computers without third party software, you'll have to be more specific, i.e what application(s) you use to sync, what version of windows, and exactly what happens...and then I'll also suggest you refer to the developer's support site.
And since you posted this question in the TouchPad board, I am moving it to the webOS Synurgy board.
