Sync no longer working

The Players: Pre2, Touchpad, Exchange 2010, and apparently other phones too (no idea what, but at least one is a Droid). Some phones do sync, so it is not universal. It also is not limited to one OS as at least one droid is working.

 

The Problem: Everyone was happy and working with Exchange 2007. Then company upgraded to 2010. There was a certificate problem, but that was resolved. My Pre/TP both say problem with  userid/password. TP still has original working settings...well it used to work. On the Pre I have been trying everything I can think of to make it work. IT person is also out of ideas.

 

I need my calendar & contacts for work.  Anyone have any ideas or how to fix this?

Problem resolved: Ten-T error in IT dept  :smileywink:
