Same issue here... I have removed and added Yahoo Calendar to the webOS, rebooted, manually synced, etc.. Using Palm Pre with 1.4.5 OS. Seems like its been going on for about 2 mos but no positive.
I haven't done this yet but thinking of changing my Yahoo password to see if that helps... has anybody tried?
Sad that such a great OS is drifting away on us. Hope HP either sells the webOS patents off to Android and iOS so they can implement the fluidity of the webOS UI without the hardware and ecosystem issues that plagued HPalm. Second choice is Samsung buying it up... and getting Android apps working inside of webOS somehow. No hardware or ecosystem issues then either.
