Data Reversion

I need help!!  I am so annoyed with my Palm TX that I am giving up on it!!  I want to move the data back to my m515 but can't figure out how.  The data in the TX is in the .db format and the m515 uses .dat.  Does anyone know how to accomplish this task?

The procedure should be the same as if you were upgrading instead of downgrading. Review this thread stickied in the PalmOS Hardware board:
