This error message (Error (Sys0505)(0,841)) appears on Palm OS PDA's that users have mistakingly installed one of several programs that are meant for the Treo phone series ONLY.
These programs include:
- MyPalm (from Palm)
- MyTreo (from Palm)
- inHand (from Handango)
The solution is to Delete any and all of the above programs from your device if installed. Use your normal Delete function built into the Launcher application - Tap the top Left corner of the screen to open the Pull Down Menu, select "Delete", then scroll to the program you wish to delete and Highlight it. Now tap the "Delete" button beneath it. This should solve the problem.
