I just reinstalled the OS and now the Palm will no longer sync with Outlook. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Hotsync multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled Office. Did a Hard Reset of the Phone. it syncs fine to everything except Outlook(Palm Desktop, etc). With uninstalled I removed any registry entries I could find, as well as manually deleting any residual Palm related folders.
I get this error message.
The Synchronization while offline checkbox has been checked off, and it still gives the same error regardless.
Software Installed Relating to Palm
Hotsync Manager 7.0.2
Palm Desktop 6.2
Outlook 2007 Conduits are installed
Treo 680
Outlook 2007
Windows XP
Any help would be welcomed. Because I am at a dead end and to me it looks as if every setting is correct.

Still stuck with this problem. Am afraid I will have to format the drive and start from scratch again.
