Note to everyone: Instead of reporting your difficulties with these new drivers here (and making a HUGE thread) I'm going to close this one.
If you need help installing the personal loans drivers start a new thread explaining:
1. What OS you're using. Windows 7, 64 bit
2. What device you have. Palm Tungeston E
3. What have you tried, and what happened/didn't happen?
I can see the deive in the device manager, but the palm tungeston wont sync ....it states can'r connect to the dsktop, using palm access 6.2.2
