Sync completes but calendar is unchanged on computer

I have a Palm Z22 and Windows 7.  When I do a hot sync, it completes successfully, but the calendar on my Palm Desktop on my computer is unchanged.  Please advise.

Re: Sync completes but calendar is unchanged on computer

I should add that the calendar does synchronize with Microsoft Outlook, but why doesn't it sync with the Palm desktop?

Try throwing the soft switch found here - Start Button/All Programs/Palm/PIM Conduit Sync/Sync with Palm Desktop

I did this but got a message that Palm Desktop is already set up to handle the sync.

Try right-clicking on the shortcut for Palm Desktop, then choose "Run As Administrator".  See if the calendar appears.

Yes, the calendar appears.  But I've done this before, and when the sync completes, the calendar is unchanged.

Is this a 32-bit version of Win7?

I'd try a complete Clean Uninstall of Palm Desktop, and reinstall. Clean Uninstall instructions can be found at the top of this section in the "sticky" threads.
