Hi,

I'm looking for a driver for Win 7 32 bit for palm z22 as well as palm software if possible. Any help would be appreciated. Thx.

Hello mkeeler and welcome to the Palm forums.

Please see this thread for options on how to sync a Palm OS PDA or smartphone with a Windows Vista or Windows 7 PC. Since the Z22 does not have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, your only option will be an IR HotSync if you are using a 64-bit edition of Windows 7.

Re: Windows 7 driver for palm z22

Is this the final word on this issue? Not changed since two years ago?

My HP Pavilion g4 notebook running Win 7.0 makes obnoxious noises while my Z22 is attached, and reports that it cannot obtain the driver for generic Palm device. I've exhausted two chat techs (notebook, and Webos) without any result but frustration.

TexasRanger, at the top of each section of this Forum are special posts with dark backgrounds. These posts do not move downward as new posts arrive, and as such are called "sticky posts".

These posts contain answers to the most commonly asked questions, including the one you are asking.. You'll find this is true in most internet forums!

64bit Palm Desktop drivers have been available since April of last year. Look for the post entitled "64bit Palm Desktop drivers are here."
