Email accounts not added on the pre

This is not an email account I want added onto my pre.

I am trying to check emails on my live (formerly hotmail)  account. I am able to get to the account but when I press the email to open it nothing happens. I am able to log out, go through the different folders, and check the boxes, but not read the emails. Any solutions?

Hi. Welcome!

 

Your issue may be solved in the following thread - it has some settings to manually configure for Hotmail, along with some caveats about message behavior.
