Wiped? You mean..vanished over night? I think I smell a hacker. For your own protection, use a good antivirus like Kaspersky ( http://www.trustdownload.com/Antivirus-and-Spyware-Cleaners/Antivirus/Kaspersky-Internet-Security-7.... ) and don't trust anyone or anything.

My email addresses and email information was removed several days ago. Must I partially erase data and apps over and over to "fix" the issues with this phone? If only an iPhone costed the same as a Palm Pre... I guess it's time to suck it up and pay for quality.

The way Palm used to charge their customers for support was atrocious. Only recently have they gotten the picture and began speaking with us for free. No wonder - the problems never end!

The phone takes 5 minutes to start up, 

The screen tapping is delayed (no, I don't have a lot of memory being used),

The camera takes FOREVER to process a picture and return to film mode,

Switching between AIM/Txt chats is tedious,

Merged contacts is more of a nuisance than a help,

CAN'T BLOCK AIM SNs, AND I've had issue with sn's that are blocked via computer aim, but don't stay blocked when I sign onto my PalmPre aim,

I constantly have to throw away apps and re-open them in order to get them working, 

Occasional issues like complete loss of information require 15 minute app/data wipes, resigning in, and restarting the phone,

Redownloading apps thereafter fails,

Passwords for wifi connections are lost with partial erases,

Battery life is pathetic with normal use of the phone (battery life gone after 1 hour of internet surfing),

There's more, but I can't sit here doing this any more.

iPhone here I come!
