I finally hooked up my email with my corporate email. I wish to be notified when a new email comes in. Right now I have to go into email then press get and it reconnects to server and then emails pop up. This is no good because then I would have to go into email 100 time per day. Is there a way to set up a notification when emails arrive without me going into email and pressing get?

Look for information about the "Auto Sync" in the Treo 680 user guide:
http://kb.hpwebos.com/wps/portal/kb2/na/treo/680/a
Customizing your email settings
You can customize the VersaMail settings for each individual email account on your Treo. The preferences you set apply only to the email account you are currently viewing. If you have multiple accounts, configure each account separately.
Scheduling Auto Sync
You can set up VersaMail to automatically download new email messages to your Treo680 with the Auto Sync feature.
1 Press Menu .
2 Select Options, and then select Preferences.
3 Select Auto Sync.
4 Check the Auto-sync box.
5 Select the Every pick list and select the time interval, from 5 minutes to 12hours.
