Unable to connect to network

Hi

I'm using Palm Pre 100UEU . OS version: WebOS 1.4.1

Now the issues is with internet connection. I'm accessing internet since days syccessfully, but today I'm unable to access or connect the internet (missing 'E' icon on top). when I check the voice mail number under preferences menu, it is showing a message "unable to access voince mail number", I tried cotacting service providers and savinging new GRPS settings. but no use, and still the same message of voice mail number.

 

Wht I did prior to this is; putting 'off' the "Data Usage" under Network in preferences. and again putting 'On' the "Data Usage" later an hour.

 

Can anybody please help me out.
