I inserted a new sim from another provider and my sim was locked. how can I unlock it so that I can view my contacts. I cannot open my phone as well because it is asking for the phone sim lock code from palm.
Have you enabled the Pin Lock? Actually Pin locking the sim card would be to prevent someone from accessing your contacts and account info if it was ever stolen. Plus, it cannot be used in the phone either.
