Hi

we use lotus notes as an email client in our office.i need to travel out a lot so it is difficult for me to keep a tab on my official emails on a daily basis.when i laid my hands on this lovely pixi plus i was sure that it gonna solve my email issue.i asked my organization to provide access to lotus traveller so that it can be configured on my phone.To which they promptly agreed.I tried to configure the lotus traveller on my phone but in vain.while configuring at one point i got a message you want to configure lotus traveller for

1. Android

2. Windows

3. Symbian

I'm stuck at this point as I do not know what to select from the list.Can someone help me out?

or any other alternate method of configuring lotus notes on my phone.

I'm able to access my yahoo & gmail on my phone without any problems.

Pls help.

I have done that before on my Pre running webs 1.4.5. I google and followed some instruction on how to manually add email account for notes traveler and it worked for me. From email app, I just added an email account thru manual setup, chose mail type as EAS, provided notes traveler URL, entered user id and password, no need for domain field, then clicked sign in. This created account ok for me. It also automatically sync calendar for me as well. No need to go thru web interface to notes traveler to add it. But I saw my palm device added ok from notes traveler interface.

i tried the same method as suggested in ur post but was unsucessful.The message this time is "check ur incoming mail server settings".I got in touch with my techinal support team in office and reconfirmed the incoming mail server but still unable to configure lotus notes on my pixi plus.
Can someone help??

What is the URL you used ?  In my case, I have to enter like :-

https://traveler.xxxxxx.com/servlet/traveler

If I don't have servlet/traveler part in URL, it won't work for me.

If this does not work for you, sorry, I don't have any more suggestion.
