Hi,
I bought a Palm Centro day before yesterday. The internet is NOT working et all. When I tried to connect, I am getting the following error message:
Incomplete setup. Please check your network settings (0x121A)
If I put the same SIM in my Samsung and Blackberry handset, everything is working fine. Can any one show some lights on the same?
Would appreciate your prompt response!
With Thanks!

Look on page 242 of the user guide regarding no internet connection. Go through the steps and see if you can resolve the issue.
You can find the user guide on the learn tab on the support page for your Centro.
For reference purposes, click on the following link for the support page for your device on the kb.palm.com webpage.

There are links on the page to the user guide, troubleshooting, how to's, downloads, etc.

Cygnus,
Thanks for your time and valuable comments!!
I already checked the manual before initiating this thread. I don't think that there is some problem from my subscribers end. It's because if I put the same SIM to blackberry everything works fine. I firmly belive that there is some settings which needs to be tweaked.
Can you advice me, what is the exact meaning of the errror? Which configuration the instrument is expecting which I have NOT done?
Once again, thanks for your support.

The error you are reporting states to check those settings on the Centro. If they are correct and the SIM works in another phone, I would suggest a hard reset to get the centro back to factory settings and then try again.
The hard reset will erase all data on the Centro so make sure you have sync'ed to backup your data.
Click on the following link to the kb.palm.com webpage for the article regarding reset procedures.

Cygnus,
Your suggestion works like a charm!!
I didn't believe that hard booting a device will do the majic. The GPRS is working fine now. I can browse the page. Thank you for showing me the direction.
Apart from this, I am unable to spool emails of mine office account and even personal account like Gmail or Yahoo. What could be the reason?
Thanks buddy!

This might get buried here, since you marked the thread resolved. You might be better off starting a new thread, and describing any error message you've gotten and indicating whether Vodafone loads Palm's VersaMail software or its own program for email.

Jeff:
I will create a new thread for "Email Spooling" as per your suggestion.
In this thread, we were discussing the GPRS settings of Centro. Since, it's solved by the suggestion given by Cygnus, I marked it resolved
With Thanks!
