HP-Palm no longer makes Palm OS phones (e.g. Centro, Treo). If maintaining continuity with Palm OS applications is important to you, there are usually plenty of pre-owned or refurbished phones on eBay.
HP-Palm no longer make any other phones, either, as they have recently ceased production of any new webOS devices. They are still available from some carriers, you'd have to check with yours.
