Hi all,
I was given 1800 350 535 as a support number for Palm Australia. After three days of calling it from a landline and getting nothing but a busy signal, I called from my mobile and discovered it was disconnected. I attempted to get some help from the online chat, but they won't help me if I'm not in America!
I'm really hoping that you guys can make some suggestions.
I'm with Optus, and when I asked them for help, they provided me with a document full of settings, but told me to call Palm to work out where to put each of them. (Less than helpful).
I'll post the contents of the 'Generic Settings' PDF below, could someone PLEASE walk me through what I need to do to apply these settings to my Treo Pro, so that I can get the internet functioning on the phone?
Many Thanks
Deb

Okay, might not be perfect, but I just found this on a Facebook site.
It's for a different carrier, but by changing the carrier name, I was just able to log onto the internet - Hallelujah!
