I'm having a couple issues with bluetooth on the HP Pre 3. The first has to do with connecting a headset and a2dp receiver simultanously; on my Sprint Pre and Verizon Pre Plus, I was able to connect to a bluetooth phone headset and an a2dp stereo receiver simultaneously, as long as one of the two devices can autoconnect to the phone. However, on the HP Pre 3, as soon as the headset (in this case, a car stereo) is powered up and establishes a connection with my phone, the previously connected a2dp receiver is disconnected.
My second issue has to do with using a bluetooth headset with Skype on the HP Pre 3 (note that a SIM card is also installed). I am unable to place or receive calls using Skype from the bluetooth headset. When I place a call, the call attempts to go through the GSM network, even when the phone settings is configured to use Skype. When I receive a call, I am unable to answer it from the bluetooth headset (and the headset doesn't ring), and when I answer the call I am not given the option to switch to a bluetooth headset from the phone app.
I am generally very happy with the HP Pre 3, and I do not wish to switch back to my legacy Pre. I hope that these issues will be resolved in an OTA update or possibly by changing a configuration on my phone.
Thanks,
Hytham

I just got my Pre 3 and am also having problems with my bluetooth connection to my Acura MDX 2006. It pairs just fine and I can answer calls but when I ask it to dial it activates the phone then drops. Anyone have a workaround for this. My old Pre was a bit buggy but at least the blue tooth worked most of the time.

No need to make a duplicate post in another forum on this topic. I have removed the dupe post.

The Governor is a system that changes the power supplied to the CPU. It is used to conserve power. The only way you can change it is if you have installed the Govnah app from Preware.
