Please Help!

When receiving or making phone calls, I cannot hear anything on the earpiece on my Palm Pixi Plus. The speakerphone is the only thing that works.

Anyone know how to fix this???

Please Help.

Hello:

    Most of the speaker issues I have have witnessed were headset jack related. Did you use the headset jack prior to this happening? It could be a bit of dust in there.

You could try shutting phone completely off, remove the battery and wiping the headset jack hole with a "just slightly damp" alcohol Qtip. DO NOT SOAK Qtip! Wait about 15-20 min. and reassemble.

This answer might be to late, but... last nite I put a new screen saver on my palm. Today the volume wasn't working.

I didn't realize I covered the speaker. I cut the top off and all is good. To funny. I almost threw my phone out.
