So, am I the only one beyond frustrated with this phone? I swear, I'm on the verge of throwing it out of the window and buying a different phone completely. I've been having SO many issues with this thing, it's ridiculous.
I'm in PR and my phone, besides my computer, is my life - I use it every day, all day. Lately, I've been having way too many problems, including:
- My phone shuts off randomly when I don't even touch the power button!
- I try opening an app and it says I have too many cards open, I usually only have one or two others operating.
- I have my phone on screen lock with a pin password (to keep private phone numbers disclosed) and sometimes the screen won't even have numbers for me to push in my password! It's just a blue screen and I have to turn off the phone to get it working.
- When I'm on a phone call and want to hang up, the screen won't light up! It just stays locked on a black screen and I can't hang up on them, I have to put my hand over the speaker and let them hang up on me.
- I cannot save any new contacts, that is the WORST - in my line of work I'm constantly adding to my address book on the go. Because I can't save numbers I have to write them in a note on the memo app and then use that as a reference, that's BOGUS.
Is anyone else experiencing these problems? I can't take it anymore. An iPhone is looking pretty nice right about now! I only opted for the Pixi because it looked cute and had the external keyboard buttons, I thought I'd be getting a great little phone and now I'm stuck with a thing that doesn't cooperate. HELP PLEASE!
