Hello dchu and welcome to the forums;
Current versions of iTunes still do not support syncing with webOS devices. We don't have any information on when or if this will change. I would recommend a different sync solution, either one of the many free options or drag & drop management through USB drive mode.
Hope this helps,

dchu,
From my personal experience, you can update to iTunes 9.0.1 and syncing will continue to work. I ended up having to switch to a third-party syncing tool (Salling Media Sync) as my wife bought an iPad and wanted to sync it. Salling doesn't work as well as native iTunes did, but it is passable. I am also a Mac user (OSX 10.6.4)
TreoAide,
I know you all are aware that there is a want for this, but please reiterate my request that Palm come out with an iTunes plugin or other sync solution that will give me an on-device experience as good as what you all had implemented natively through iPod spoofing. I don't mind paying extra for third-party software when the experience they provide is superior to the first party tools, but this is a case where the first-party tool, while semi-broken (can't update iTunes) gave me a superior on-device experience when compared with the alternatives.

MediaMonkey is a great solution. Playlist and album art work properly, if you do it right. Here is a guide that I wrote on PreCentral.

I assume you are a PC user. Does anyone have experience using MediaMonkey on a Mac? I checked the Cnet download website and there are no reviews for the Mac version, 0.95U.

Hello. I do not mind paying extra for a third-party software but this is the case when the first hand tool, while the semi-broken,,can not update iTunes gave me a superior on-device experience compared with alternatives.I think the current versions of iTunes still do not support syncing with webOS devices.
