I will try it on the floor model. We returned our device since the 30-day window from 1/25/10 was closing and there was no word on 1.4 update, yet. If we're successful, I'll buy the phone tonight. I'll provide feedback in a few hours.
1.4 fixed my problem. I did send HardBeatz the logs he requested, etc. so THANK YOU for addressing the issue. Perhaps those who still have problems did not send Palm the info they needed to diagnose and correct the problem. They can only fix what they are aware of...
