Last week, my phone got logged out of my Palm Profile overnight and since then I have been having a few issues with my Pre, namely that my Google Calendar won't sync.
When I signed back in to my Palm Profile, my calendar was there, but the events were not syncing correctly. I deleted and readded it once, which worked. However, last night I noticed my calendar was not correct and deleted and readded my account again. This time, no events are showing. Google shows as one of my calendar accounts, but I cannot even choose it as a default calendar. When I go into "Calendar View Options", under Google it says "You may not have calendars enabled for this account."
Any ideas on how to fix this?

If I understand you correctly you have delete your Google account off of the device completely; that is calendar, contacts, and email, is this correct? If this has not worked you may have to delete your Google account out of Google, and start fresh with Google.
You do have another option also; MS exchange is now avilable to all Hotmail, and Live account holders. You can set up MS exchange with these settings:
Create a new MS Live account, or if you have an existing Live account delete if off the device, then re-create the email account on the device, enter the password incorrectly so it allow you to choose manual settings, then follow these steps:

I have only deleted and re-added my Google Calendar account. My e-mail and contacts still sync correctly. I have tried 5 of the 6 reset steps so far...still haven't used the doctor.

I would try deleting all items for Google; Calendar, Contacts, and email, restart the device, and then add gmail back again, all the others will add automatically. If this does not work, I would follow the same steps except I would perform an erase apps and data from Device Info, Reset Options, Erase Apps & Data. You could try the later first if you want to just clean up you device, however if you choose this option run backup manually after removing Google accounts so it does not re-install automatically from the restore for Palm Profile.
If all parts of Google sync are not removed from the device you have not delete the account at all.
