Hello,
I'm sure as many of you know, HP promised a webOS 2.0 update for Palm Pre/Pixi/Plus users. We were then told that we would not be receiving the update. I know that U.S. users received compensation for this while other users, such as myself, were left behind.
I ask you, HP, will I and other users who are not in the U.S. receive compensation?

I'm a U.S. user. I didn't receive any compensation! And I actually got a personal phone call from a rep after writing to the CEO an email who promised me that the webOS 2.0 update would be available to Palm Pre Plus Verizon users via their web site soon (that was back in February) [not via over the air updates, you would have to connect to your computer] and the HP was going to make it "right". Well I am still waiting. Unless their standard discounts they offer to everyoen here on products was what they considered "right". lmao
