Did you try again? ;-)

Are you in range of a decent signal? Normal troubleshooting procedure in any glitch is to reboot the phone and try again. Device Info app/Restart Options button/Restart.

The sigle is good.have reboot my phone. still cannot work

Has it ever worked on this phone? Does it work with some contacts and not others?

How about checking with AT&T to see if the problem is on their end.
