PalmOS or do you mean webOS like the Pre2? If you are taking about PalmOS, the simple answer is yes since you are either syning the WinMo Deivce to Outlook or Exchange and PalmOS does both. If you are talking about webOS, then again the answer is yes and we have a dedicated site for that at www.palm.com/migrate-pre
Any apps from WinMO will not carry over but you can look at the manufacter websites of those apps for the proper equivalent to the next OS.
There is however an emulator for Windows Mobile by the name of StyleTap. This lets you run PalmOS programs on your phone, but it doesn't change the basic OS.
