Ok, try going to Bootie mode. This is a special mode that can be used for recovery. To access Bootie mode:
1. Connect the Pixi to your computer via the USB cable
2. Restart the phone (hold the power button and toggle the ringer switch 3 times)
3. Press and hold the Volume Up button
If done correctly, you'll see a big white USB logo on a black background. Now, run webOS doctor and you should be good to go.
